What to write to me about
- Bugs. A generator does not work, a PDF looks wrong, or a calculator gives a wrong result. Tell me the page address, your browser and device, and what you expected to see. Do not send real customer data.
- Feature requests. A new document type, a new field, a new calculator or a new guide topic.
- Translation errors. A wrong word, a bad sentence or a missing translation. Name the language and the page address.
- Errors in guides. A rule that is out of date or wrong in your country. A link to the official source helps a lot.
- Privacy requests. Questions about the privacy policy, or a request to access, correct or delete personal data.
- Ad concerns. An ad that is offensive, misleading or broken. Send the page address, the date and time, and a screenshot if you can. I will report it to the ad provider. You can also report ads directly to Google with the "Report this ad" control.
- Other. Press, partnership or licensing questions.
Reply time
I read every message and usually reply within 2 to 3 business days. A reply may take longer on public holidays.
What I cannot help with
- I cannot give legal, tax or accounting advice. Please ask a local professional.
- I cannot recover a document you did not download. The generators run in your browser and we do not store your documents.
- I cannot change or cancel a document for you. All documents are made on your own device.
Privacy
If you write to me, I see your email address and your message. I use them only to answer you, and I delete old conversations from time to time. The privacy policy has the details.
